Small Group Training FAQ
How long are sessions?
Each Small Group Training session is 50 minutes long. This includes a warm up, the workout and cool down stretches.
What should I bring?
All you need to bring is yourself, a smile and your best foot forward! Ok, you will also want a water bottle and a sweat towel! We have everything you need for the training from equipment to mats. Shoes are required for the training sessions.
What experience level do I need to be at to do Small Group Training?
To join, participants should be comfortable performing squats, lunges, and transitioning to and from the floor. We welcome individuals with injuries or limitations and are happy to offer personalized modifications to ensure a safe and effective experience. Our weightlifting options are fully customizable, ranging from 5 lbs to over 100 lbs, so everyone can challenge themselves at their own level!
What days and times are Small Group Training sessions?
We offer Small Group Training sessions in the early mornings, after work hours, and on weekends. Explore our schedule to find the perfect time that fits your routine!
How do I register for a Small Group Training class?
Our free app, MindBody, makes it easy for members to view and book the most up-to-date session offerings. Once you reserve a spot, it’s yours, and no one else can book it—so if your plans change, please cancel your reservation to open the spot for someone else. This helps everyone have the opportunity to participate!
What types of exercises are done in Small Group Training?
Our 50-minute sessions deliver a full-body workout with a primary focus on strength training and progressive overload to help you build muscle, increase functionality, and improve flexibility over time. Expect to perform foundational exercises, including core work, all tailored with variations by our expert coaches to match your fitness level and goals. The sessions incorporate a mix of equipment, including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands, ensuring a dynamic and effective workout every time.
Is this for women only?
Our classes are 98% women but we do have a few males as well! Everyone just needs to be over 18 to attend.
What if I have an injury or a limitation?
Our trainers are skilled at providing bodyweight alternatives and personalized modifications for each exercise, ensuring that everyone can participate, regardless of fitness level, injuries, or limitations. Small Group Training is an excellent option if you’re navigating physical challenges or just getting started.
What is the complimentary Mobility Assessment?
