Our team is experts only. Depending on what you’re looking for, you’d either be working 1:1 with a Registered Dietitian, a Doctorate of Clinical Nutrition or a Masters of Clinical Nutrition.

When you work with our coaches, you can trust you are in solid hands with a human that will have your best interests. They will get to know more about you and meet you where you’re at. We never use templated nutrition guidance or generalized coaching. It’s all specific to you and customized for the results you deserve!

ACCOUNTABILITY

Have you ever said "I know what I need to do, I just need to do it!"? Accountability ensures that you are doing what you need to be doing and our coaches will be communicating with you on a regular basis to assist you every step of the way. With regular accountability, you'll be shifting your priorities and ensuring your choices are healthier and more aligned with your goals.

EDUCATION

We want to empower our clients to be able to eat nutritiously for the longevity of their life, not just for a few months. That is why we take the time to educate our clients about food. Imagine learning more about fiber, sugar, alcohol, fats, carbohydrates and protein? We don't just tell you what to do, we teach you! Nutrition can be overwhelming and there is a lot of 'general' information out there. How will you know what's right for you and your body? Our expert coaches will help you navigate all of it so you have confidence in it all!

Through our structured 12-week nutrition program, we teach you how to understand food and nutrition for the rest of your life. Our Registered Dietitians and Clinical Nutritionists are experts who want to TEACH you and not just tell you what to do. Let’s face it, food and nutrition are overwhelming. The Soul Fit Nutrition philosophy is to individualize every step of the journey and meet our clients where they are at without restriction or extremes.
Many of our nutrition clients have presented various challenges such as having families, including spouses and children, constant travel for work, specific dietary needs/preferences, or feeling uncomfortable in the kitchen. Naturally, our coaches help navigate these challenges to find sustainable ways to improve how the individual nourishes.
We take a step-by-step approach, ensuring the client is successful and feeling positive each step of the way. We celebrate “Non-Scale Victories” consistently along the way such as the client experiencing more energy, better mood or their clothes fitting better.

I absolutely love Feed Your Soul Fitness and their Nutrition program!

Such a great inspiring place and the coaches are wonderful. I had an ad come across my Facebook page at a time in my life that I was so down about myself because of how much weight I had gained after a surgery I had 6 months prior.

I didn’t know exactly how much I had gained until my first meeting with my coach. When that number came up on the scale my face fell, that’s when she stepped in and said ‘it’s not the final number; this is the starting number!’

I am an active duty officer with the US Public Health Service, so I am subject to height/weight requirements as well as an annual fitness test. I love that with FYSF, I can tackle my fitness needs and nutrition needs in one spot!

I just completed my most recent annual test with them. I am required to do a 1.5-mile run, pushups, and a timed plank. I had goals for each part and I didn’t just reach the goals, I smashed them! I beat my run time goal by almost 2 minutes, I beat my pushup goal by 5 toe push-ups, and last crushed my plank goal by 1 whole minute!
