Strength and Cardio
Experience the perfect blend of strength training and cardio in this energizing 40-minute, full-body class! Designed to build lean muscle, burn fat, and boost overall endurance, this session keeps your heart rate up while keeping workouts engaging. Our certified trainers provide expert instruction, demonstrating functional, dynamic movements while offering modifications for low-impact needs. With a timed format, you can move at your own pace while focusing on proper form and alignment for a safe, effective workout.
Circuit Training
This energizing 40-minute full-body workout is designed to challenge both your strength and endurance, helping you build confidence and resilience—while having fun! Combining strength training and cardio, this class leaves you feeling strong, accomplished, and empowered.
To keep things dynamic, we incorporate a variety of equipment, including battle ropes, TRX, punching bags, BOSU balls, medicine balls, resistance bands, kettlebells, agility ladders, and more. Whether you’re new to exercise or returning after a break, our expert coaches provide guidance and modifications to ensure a safe and effective workout. Expect a mix of standing, seated, and floor-based movements for a well-rounded, engaging session.
Kickboxing Fundamentals
Kickboxing Fundamentals is a high-energy 40-minute full-body workout designed for all fitness levels—no experience required! This non-contact class focuses on striking techniques using bags and mitts, with no sparring involved.
If you have knee or hip concerns, don’t worry—kicks can be fully modified to suit your needs. Our expert coaches provide step-by-step instruction, making this class perfect for beginners. In addition to improving strength, coordination, and endurance, you’ll develop valuable self-defense skills while building confidence in a fun and empowering environment.
Zumba
Get ready to move and groove in our energizing Zumba class! Designed for beginners to intermediate participants, this class is welcoming, fun, and easy to follow—no dance experience required! Whether you’re new to Zumba or think you have “two left feet,” you’ll feel right at home in our supportive, high-energy environment.
Set to an upbeat mix of 80s hits, disco, pop, and hip-hop, this 40-minute session will have you smiling, sweating, and having a blast. Come dance your way to better health, confidence, and happiness!
Body Sculpt, Core and Conditioning
This 40-minute low-impact class is designed to tone and define your muscles while enhancing core strength, stability, and cardiovascular health—all without high-impact movements.
**Sculpt:** Uses lighter weights with higher repetitions to build lean, defined muscles.
**Core:** Focuses on strengthening your abs and improving balance.
**Conditioning:** Boosts cardiovascular health in a controlled, non-aerobic format.
This well-rounded workout is the perfect blend of strength, stability, and endurance, supporting both your physical and mental well-being!
Full Body Conditioning
This 40 minute, full-body workout is designed to build muscle, confidence, and resilience. Using a variety of dumbbells and kettlebells, you’ll progress through multiple of exercises that will challenge your body in a structured, effective way.
With expert coaching and guided weight selection, you’ll master key movements like deadlifts, squats, chest presses, and rows. Every class is unique, keeping your workouts engaging and results-driven. No matter where you start, this session will help you get stronger, leaner, and more powerful—inside and out
Pure Strength Small Group Training
Pure Strength Training offers 50-minute workouts with personalized attention in a supportive setting, limited to just six participants. These sessions incorporate barbells for heavier lifting, with a strong focus on safe form and technique to maximize results and prevent injury. Our certified trainers demonstrate each exercise, ensuring proper posture and movement throughout the workout, which targets all major muscle groups.
With a 10-week progressive overload training plan, you’ll progressively challenge your muscles to build strength and endurance over time. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, the exercises are adaptable to your fitness level. The intimate class size fosters community and motivation, helping you push your limits and achieve your fitness goals. Participants will also use their own tracking sheets to monitor their lifts and track progress throughout the program.
