Class Schedule

We offer In Studio and Online classes 7 days a week.

With more than 40 workouts each week that are 40 min long, even the busiest person can fit them into their schedule. We specialize in Beginner/Intermediate fitness levels- so come take a class online or in our Denver fitness studio.

If you would like to try a class out either from your house virtually or in our studio, please connect with us so we can discuss any injuries or limitations we need to be aware of. We also want to tell you more of what to expect.

Group Class Descriptions:

Strength and Cardio: Get the best of both worlds for Strength Training and Cardio with this 40 minute, full body class! The emphasis is building lean muscle, burning fat and having fun! Modifications available for low impact needs. Experienced and certified trainers will demonstrate the functional, dynamic exercises and then coach on form and alignment ensuring your safety. Everything is timed, so you can go at your own pace. 

Circuit Training: This 40 minute full body workout will tap into your inner power, helping you grow stronger both physically and mentally….. all while having fun! With the perfect combination of strength training and cardio, you will feel accomplished and confident after this class. Never a dull class, we incorporate a variety of equipment such as Battle Ropes, TRX, Punching Bags, BOSU’s, Medicine Balls, Bands, Kettlebells, Agility Ladders and more. Even if you are newer to working out (or it’s been a while) you can go at your own pace; plus the coach will offer modifications. Expect to do exercises standing, seated and on the floor.

Kickboxing Fundamentals: Kickboxing Fundamentals is a 40 minute full body workout. There won’t be any sparring in this class – we’re just punching and kicking bags and mitts.**Bad knees or Bad Hips are ok! The kicking can 100% be modified! No experience required, the coach will show you how to do it! Suited for beginners! The movements provide functional training. The instruction also produces valuable self-defense skills and builds confidence.

Zumba: Join us for an energizing Zumba class! This class is specially designed for beginner to intermediate individuals so even if you are new or have “2 left feet”, you’ll feel comfortable! This session promises to be a fun, energetic, and supportive environment where everyone can easily find their rhythm and enjoy the benefits of dance fitness. You’ll be smiling the whole time and the 40 minutes will fly by! The Zumba class is set to upbeat music featuring 80’s, disco, pop and hip hop. Join us and let’s dance our way to better health and happiness!

Body Sculpt, Core and Conditioning: This low impact 40 minute class will utilize lighter resistance to tone and define your hard earned muscles. Sculpting also focuses on core strength and stability while Conditioning improves cardiovascular health and performance in a non-aerobic format. Sculpt: lighter weights, higher reps.Core: focus on abs and balance. Conditioning: focus on cardiovascular health. The perfect combination for optimal health-physically and mentally!

Pure Strength: Embrace how strong you truly are. This 40 minute class will not only help you get stronger physically but also mentally. You will get a full body strength training session in using a variety of Light, Medium and Heavy dumbbells. Your confidence will soar as we progressively challenge the muscles over 4 sets of each exercise! The coach will guide you through specifically timed sets and help you understand what weight usage is ideal. This is where you can feel and learn how strong you really are! Each class will offer unique exercises to help your entire body get stronger including deadlifts, chest press, squats, rows and more! No matter what your starting point is, you can do this class to get started on a stronger, leaner, healthier body. 

 

 

Semi Private Personal Training/Small Group Training:

Small Group Training sessions are 50-minute workouts designed for those who seek personalized attention in a supportive environment. With a maximum of six participants, this class ensures that each person receives individualized guidance and encouragement throughout the session. Our focus is on proper form and technique, which is crucial for effective and safe training.

During the class, you’ll engage in a full-body weightlifting routine that targets all major muscle groups. Our certified trainers will demonstrate each exercise, emphasizing correct posture and movement to maximize benefits and prevent injury. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, you’ll find the exercises adaptable to your fitness level, allowing you to progress at your own pace.

The intimate class size fosters a sense of community, making it easier to connect with fellow participants and stay motivated. Our goal is to create a positive and challenging atmosphere where you can push your limits and achieve your fitness goals. Join us for a dynamic and engaging workout that will leave you feeling stronger and more confident in your abilities.
