Meet your health and fitness Coaches
Brandy Martin
Brandy Martin
I came from the “Big Box” work environment of corporate America. I was overweight, overworked, unhealthy and very unhappy. After recognizing I wanted my life to have more quality health, I made the transition into the world of fitness; first becoming certified in yoga and receiving my 200 HR YTT with Yoga Alliance. I quickly followed that up with getting my Certified Personal Training certification from NASM.
After a few more certifications including TRX and Indoor Cycling, I wanted to ‘marry’ my skillset in business with my new passion, wellness. In 2014, my husband and I started FYSF and opened our first brick and mortar in 2015.
Coach DeAnne
Coach DeAnne
“Ageing is inevitable, but the quality of how you age is totally within your control.” I strongly believe that it is never too late to get in shape and change your life, I know, I have done it. When I turned 50, I reached a personal goal; I was in the best physical shape of my life!
I had spent 23 years in the oil and gas industry, in highly stressful and contentious positions. Most of this time was spent sitting behind a desk, developing bad habits.
Fast forward to Fall of 2013 when I had a life changing illness with a 12 month recovery period. As a result of my long recovery period, I lost my desk job, which became a blessing in disguise! During the next 12 months, I focused on everything fitness. As part of my rehab, I started my yoga practice back up. Yoga helped me recover where I could begin training and i fell in love with it.
I became strong and was hooked on the variety and consistency of fitness and exercise. I lost weight, gained muscle strength and I met a lot of really cool people. I wanted more! I had always enjoyed indoor cycling for a good cardio and endurance workout. In the fall of 2014, I attended the Schwinn Cycling Certification class. I began instructing group cycling classes and loved it.
I wanted to further expand on my health and fitness coaching. I became TRX certified and added Suspension Training classes to my repertoire. I desired more education so I also completed the Functional Aging Specialist through the Functional Aging Institute (FAI). I look forward to training you in a session soon whether it is a group class or 1:1 personal training.

Coach Kylie
Coach Kylie
I am a Colorado native and spent four years at The University of Tampa where I received my BS in Allied Health with a focus on medical sciences and played on the women’s lacrosse team.
Unfortunately, I sustained a complex knee injury that ended my college lacrosse career a year early. During this time, I found my passion for health and fitness. I am currently working to receive my doctorate of physical therapy at Regis University!
My fitness background consists of my experiences working at a sports and physical therapy facility where I helped athletes recover from injury or train to get stronger! I am a big advocate for injury prevention and healing through movement. I believe that exercise is the best medicine for both physical and mental health and can’t wait to share my passion with everyone. In my free time, I enjoy being outside and staying active doing things like skiing, running, and working out!
Coach Samm
Coach Samm
Hi, I’m Samm! Avid weight lifter here! I played softball my whole life as a catcher which kept me pretty active until I got to college which is when I began struggling with body dysmorphia and an eating disorder. I carried this with me through all 4 years of college. It wasn’t until I graduated college and moved to Denver that I started to really get into fitness.
I began weightlifting and man, did I fall in love! Once I turned my focus from becoming thin to becoming strong is when it all clicked for me and I never looked back! I have been lifting weights for about 4 years now.
I am also huge on mobility/flexibility and recovery, as well as cardio and functionality. I love getting a mix of everything with lifting being my focus. There is absolutely nothing like the empowering feeling I get when lifting weights!
I have a bachelors in sociology as well as my certified personal training certification through NASM. I’ll continue my education further with a corrective exercise certification as well as nutrition coaching. I love meeting people from all walks of life and I can’t wait to help you reach your goals!
Coach Allison KT
Coach Allison KT
Allison KT is an enthusiastic and holistically supportive coach here to help you connect with and love your body. She is an ACE Group Fitness Instructor, competitive powerlifter, and certified mindset coach whose goal is always to help you listen to and surprise yourself with every workout.
As soon as you meet Coach Allison, you’ll see she’s big energy in a small package (she’s just barely 5 foot). This is what originally drew her to weightlifting in late 2015.
It sounds silly, but she realized in her mid-20s that she probably wasn’t going to “get taller and lean out” like society told her she should. She is naturally a shorter, stockier human, and instead of fighting this… what if she leaned in? This started a journey of loving her body and figuring out how to become very strong and powerful by her actions inside and outside the gym. Her wellness motto is: “You are worthy of supportive decisions.”
Since 2015 she has competed in CrossFit, Strongman, and USAPL powerlifting. She has also supported and encouraged many of the strong ladies in her life to join her on the competition floor. 🙂 With big “Team Captain” energy, you can count on Allison to get you through that set of burpees, to remind you to listen to your body without comparing yourself to others, or to grab some heavier dumbbells or throw a little more weight on the bar if you’re feeling good! You are stronger than you realize (and in more ways than you realize) and Allison loves nothing more than helping you tap into that power!

Specializing in boxing, mobility flows, and high-energy circuit training, she’s all about keeping it fresh and exciting.
When Ashlee’s not pumping iron or perfecting her warrior pose, you’ll find her kicking back with her hubby, gearing up to welcome a new furry friend into the family. Whether they’re jet-setting around the globe, sampling the local cuisine, or hosting epic gatherings, Ashlee’s zest for life shines through in everything she does. So lace up those sneakers and get ready to sweat with a smile—because with Ashlee, fitness is always a blast!

Discovering new movements and increasing her strength became a source of motivation, and as her confidence and persistence grew in athletic pursuits, it also extended to other areas of her life. She completed her CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, NSCA) and began coaching youth athletes from ages 8-18. Additionally, Cat also got certified as a USA Weightlifting Coach Level 1. Needless to say, Coach Cat is serious about her weight lifting and is passionate about helping people get stronger!
Working in personal training and group fitness has been incredibly rewarding for Cat, as it allows her to challenge, motivate, and inspire others. She strives to create an inclusive and supportive environment where individuals can show up as their best selves each day—whatever that may look like.

Coach Tine
Coach Tine

Coach Sasha
Coach Sasha
Sasha got her start in fitness the same way a lot of women do — feeling lost, burned out, and stuck in an endless cycle of diets and workouts that never actually made her feel stronger or look the way she wanted to. In 2015, she was deep in toxic diet culture and trying to rebuild herself after an abusive relationship that completely shattered her confidence. Everything changed when she picked up a barbell.
Strength training gave her confidence, structure, and a sense of power she didn’t know I had. It pulled her out of a really hard chapter of her life… and eventually led her into a career she genuinely loves.
Sasha has been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer for almost 9 years, with additional certifications in Sports Nutrition and Women’s Coaching through GGS. She’s worked with men and women ages 16 to 80 and spent 4 years competing in bodybuilding, which taught her a ton about proper lifting mechanics, technique, and how to build real muscle and strength safely and effectively. Over the years, Sasha also became the “shoulder and knee person” because she helped so many clients train around injuries, rebuild strength, and feel capable in movements they were once afraid of.
Her coaching style is patient, encouraging, and detail oriented. She loves working with beginners and intermediate lifters because she remembers exactly what it felt like to start from scratch and doubt herself. Her goal is to make every person who walks into a class feel supported, confident, and like they can do more than they think.
Whether you’re brand new to lifting or getting ready to hit a new PR, Sasha is here to help you feel at home in your body… and actually enjoy the process.
Coach Jeannie
Coach Jeannie
Jeannie’s lifelong connection to movement began long before she entered the fitness industry professionally. With experience in martial arts and competitive cycling, she developed a deep appreciation for strength, discipline, and the confidence that comes from physical capability. These early experiences shaped her belief that movement should be empowering, enjoyable, and accessible to all.
After years of personally navigating the challenge of finding balance, Jeannie discovered the transformative impact of proper nutrition and strength training. This pivotal shift inspired her to transition out of public service and pursue fitness full time, earning her certification as a personal trainer and joining the team at FYSF. There, she found the ideal environment to align her values with her work—helping individuals build sustainable habits rather than relying on short-term solutions.
At FYSF, Jeannie focuses on foundational strength, nutritional consistency, and long-term progress. She works with clients of all backgrounds, from beginners to busy professionals, creating personalized programs that fit seamlessly into real life. Her approach empowers clients to move beyond quick fixes, build confidence, and recognize their own strength—both inside and outside the gym.
Coach Ashley A
Coach Ashley A
Having struggled with poor body image and disordered eating throughout her teenage years, Ashley found a passion for fitness and it has led her down a therapeutic path to wellness. Her personal motto has since become, “It’s not about what your body looks like, but rather about what it can do.” Having completely transformed her mind, body, and soul through movement and intuitive eating, she is passionate about helping other women do the same.
Ashley is a Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Specialist through the National Council on Strength and Fitness. She is also a trained kickboxing instructor, and getting sweaty on the bag is one of her personal favorite ways to workout! (She has even worked directly with Billy Blanks to get certified in Taebo!)
When she isn’t at the gym, you can likely find Ashley doing sales and marketing work on her computer, traveling the US for a Phish concert, or curled up in bed watching the Real Housewives with her golden retriever, Maggie.
Ashley is thrilled to be a part of the FYSF community, as she loves working with clients who are new to working out, and ready to jumpstart their healthy living lifestyle!
