Feed Your Soul Fitness provides a Weekly Accountability Coaching Program that focuses on Nutrition, Fitness and Lifestyle.
This 12 Week Detox Online Program can be done from home, anywhere in the world or at our studio in Denver, Colorado.
This 12 Week Detox Program is for you if you have ever:
- Have the tendency to get sick often or feel that your immune system isn't up to speed.
- Struggled being on a diet/Restricted, to only binge/Yo-Yo with food
- Felt like you needed a detox to reduce bloat, fatigue, brain fog, balance hormones or improve sleep quality.

Who is this program ideal for?
The Elevate program will help people who tend to take the beginning steps to better health, but then fall off for lack of accountability or motivation. Because it provides weekly accountability, you will have constant support.
It is also good for people who have struggled with food, knowing that they have failed with restrictive diets before. We know how harmful and frustrating yo-yo diets, gaining and losing weight over and over can be.
It will also help those that are attempting to “out exercise a bad diet”-meaning they workout consistently, but because of how they eat, their body is not changing.
For those who have been able to lose some weight but they have plateaued and are stuck, this program is also a great fit! By learning more about food, having constant accountability and being coached weekly, the plateau will be broken and better health and wellness can be achieved.
People that tend to be “socially rewarded” do well with this program because they have a personal coach to check in with weekly. The best part is there is also the ability to check in with your coach several times during the week to ask questions, find support and celebrate wins!
Anyone over 18 can be a part of this program and the best part is you can be anywhere in the world! You can do the entire program from home without a gym membership!
How does this program work?
The Elevate Program is a 12 week program that provides the connection and accountability needed for people to be successful in their health and wellness goals. The biggest reason people are not successful long term with their weight loss goals is that they fall off. If there is no partnered accountability or follow up, people tend to lose traction, fall off and give up. Not with this program!
To begin, you would have your Orientation with your Personal Coach and during this time, they will work with you to discover what is most important to you. It is important to us to know more about your specific lifestyle so we can help you make sustainable adjustments so that you can achieve your goals. We want to know more about your activity level, sleep, stress, food intake and hydration. With all these variables, you will make massive strides to better health!
Upon start of the program, your coach is connected with you from day one, all the way through the twelve weeks. You have the ability to message them many times a week to ask questions, reach out for support, or call out a success.
Every week, you will be turning in a tracking sheet that recaps what your lifestyle has been like the previous week. Your coach will thoroughly look through that data and information and then create a customized video for you with speaking points directed to educate you, support you, and guide you in addition to calling out wins and highlighting opportunities.
In addition, you and your coach will meet every 30 days to connect on the journey so far. You will discuss what the past 30 days were like, and what is to come for the next 30 days. Your coach will send you a Self Evaluation Form a couple days ahead of time so that they can be thorough with you. This can be done online or in person.
Our coaches are unique in that there is never any shame for actions their clients have. No matter what, your coach is there to support you and will never make you feel guilty, bad or negative about anything! And because they are so connected with you, you will not fail, feel left behind or feel alone!
A large part of the success of the people who do Elevate is that they are educated about food and nutrition from their time in the program. It’s not just a “do what I say” kind of program; we also provide knowledge so that the education is there for life. This allows you to stick with it and let it be sustainable for life!
Will this program help me lose weight? What if I want to gain weight?
This program is designed to change body composition-meaning you can expect to change the shape and size of your body. While most programs only focus on changing the number on the scale, we focus on changing body fat, lean muscle mass and Body Mass Index (BMI). By improving these numbers, we can also better enhance overall health by preventing diseases (diabetes, high blood pressure etc).
With Elevate, we can help people lose weight (cut), gain weight (bulk) and maintain weight (maintenance). The program is designed to help each individual towards their specific goals.
What are other areas of improvement I will see by being on Elevate?
Many people experience many positives in relation to their health because of the detoxification of this program. Some examples are:

What is the Meal Plan/Nutrition like?
Your coach will ensure that your particular needs are met whether you are gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian or you are a meat eater. Depending on your specific goals, we can set you up with various tools, meal plans, recipe books etc so you have everything you need.
Your coach can teach you how to understand Macronutrients (macros) so that you finally learn what eating certain foods means for your body. This way of eating will allow you to eat whatever foods you like so that you are not restricted.
We have so many options, it just depends on YOU!
What are 'Macronutrients'?
The term ‘Macros’ is short for Macronutrients. ‘Macro’ being BIG versus ‘Micro’ being SMALL.
Macros simply put are just Protein, Carbohydrates and Fat. Micronutrients are things like Vitamins and Minerals and are important, but we mainly focus on macros with this program. We need Macros in specific amounts based on our height, weight, age, body fat and activity level.
Once the specific amounts of macros are determined (by your coach), you will feel healthier, happier, in control of food and also achieve your desired goals with weight loss or gain.
We teach, show and prove that carbs and fats are not the enemy and you can still eat them while achieving weight loss and toning!

Can couples do the program?
They certainly can! We have single people, couples, mother-daughter, and even co-workers doing this program at the same time. While each person has their own individual coach and journey, it can strengthen the focus and determination by doing it at the same time as someone else in your life.
I have people in my household that I cook for, can I still do this?
Absolutely! With some minor tweaking, you will discover how you can manage food and living with others while still achieving your goals!
I don’t have access to a gym or workouts - Can I still do this program?
Absolutely! We help you find activity and exercise no matter what you have access to! We have helped folks who live in remote mountains with exercise programs that will benefit their physical activity.
Perhaps you do have access to a gym, but they do not offer guidance with Nutrition nor do they provide weekly accountability so you stick with it. This program is perfect for this situation.
I was in Denver when I did my 42 Day Transformation Challenge because I had a new grandson I was helping with. As I was preparing to return home to Texas, I was concerned about being able to continue my fitness journey without the support and encouragement that I had been getting from Feed Your Soul Fitness.
The Elevate program was a perfect way for me to fill that void! I was able to stay in touch with my coach when I had questions and she gave me workouts that I could do at home. She also gave me the connection that I was concerned about losing and need so much! My coach kept me motivated throughout each week with text messages and weekly video chats. I was very fortunate to eventually fine a place to continue my workouts once I got settled back at home. I would give my coach daily updates about the classes that I was taking at the local gym and she held me accountable to stay consistent. That was so helpful because the gym did not hold me accountable or check in to make sure I was progressing.
I am an active duty officer with the US Public Health Service, so I am subject to height/weight requirements as well as an annual fitness test. I just completed my most recent annual test with them. I am required to do a 1.5 mile run, pushups, and a timed plank. I had goals for each part and I didn’t just reach the goals, I smashed them! I beat my run time goal by almost 2 minutes, I beat my pushup goal by 5 toe push ups, and last crushed my plank goal by 1 whole minute! I am beyond happy and proud! I am appreciative of the Feed Your Soul Fitness Community that has helped me work steadily these past few months in preparation with the Elevate program. I am already thinking of next year’s goals!
I absolutely love Feed Your Soul Fitness and the Elevate program! Such a great inspiring place and the coaches are wonderful. I had an ad come across my Facebook page at a time in my life that I was so down about myself because of how much weight I had gained after a surgery I had 6 months prior.
