Most people want to get to know others that are like-minded for fitness and wellness, so they seek out our community. Let's face it, working out alone is not fun or motivating.
Imagine having a coach lead you and a small group through a safe and effective workout where you don't have to worry about thinking "what do I do next?"
We listen to great music, laugh, smile and cheer each other on. We create the best workout programs giving you variety and ease of just showing up!
Our Small Group Sessions are:
- Groups of 9 people to 1 coach in our 3,000 square feet with ample 6'+ social distancing.
- Offered with modifications for those with injuries or limitations.
- Timed so that everyone can work at a pace that best suits them.
- Carefully watched over by a trainer to ensure proper alignment and form.
- Lead by certified trainers that will demonstrate each exercise so you know how to do them.
- 30 minutes long so anyone with a busy schedule can attend regularly
- Going to help you feel better and have more energy! Soon your clothing will fit differently, you will feel more strong and you will be living the life you want!
Strength Training Sessions
Not only will these Strength Training sessions help you get stronger, more confident and more lean, but they will reduce stress and anxiety. We are specialists in bringing the FUN into Functional Training!
Our Strength Training sessions will help you improve balance, posture, flexibility plus increase your core strength. All of the exercises are meant to improve your Activities of Daily Living. (ADL's)
You will leave feeling less stressed, more focused, accomplished, happy, and closer to your goals! (Just to name a few)
TRX Training Sessions
Most people haven't tried the TRX Suspension Training System before coming to Feed Your Soul Fitness and that is why we take our time in teaching how to do it.
Spending 30 minutes on the TRX straps with your bodyweight in a full range of motion will create overall full body strength and increase muscle endurance. It will also improve your mind-body awareness and you will have fun using this unique way to exercise!
You will find our approach to using the straps a sustainable and progressive way to keep your body strong and functional.
Stretch Yoga or Functional Stretching Sessions
With the intensity of life, sometimes it's nice to do some stretching and deep breathing. Between quieting the mind and moving in a purposeful way, you will reduce anxiety and stress plus improve quality of sleep. Imagine how your life would shift with reduced stress, better sleep and a healthier mind & body?
Just like our training sessions, we help people find a way for them to move their body that feels good for them. We provide mats, blocks and straps at no additional cost for our community to use.
These sessions are either 30 or 60 minutes and depending on the session, can either be held in our yoga room or in our main studio.
Cardio/Core Training Sessions
Improving cardiovascular health is important for adults, especially as they age. We provide a beginner-intermediate level to cardio so that anyone can complete this session with success. We also know that most feel hesitant to do cardio for fear of hurting themselves or jumping. We offer plenty of modifications yet still provide a thorough workout.
Blast stress, sky rocket confidence and burn fat with our cardio/core sessions. Improving your core strength has never been so important. We want to help you prevent slips and falls and live your most functional life!
