So if you are just getting started, you will thrive in our workouts or stretching sessions. You will be interacting with others that are similar shape, size and ability so you will not feel alone!

You will also be granted access to our private Healthy at Home Detox & Immunity Portal where you can access on-demand workouts and more! Log in when it's convenient for you, and choose what you like! We have provided Bodyweight, Bands, TRX, Cardio and Dumbbell style workouts plus Yoga, Stretching and Foam Rolling. Everything is included!
There is also a comprehensive Nutrition section that will assist you in improving your immunity and detoxifying the body. Easy to make recipes for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner that you and your family will enjoy plus the complete Grocery Shopping lists!

What does the Health At Home Detox & Immunity Program include?
There are 2 main parts that are included so that you get everything you need!
First: You get full unlimited access to The Healthy At Home Detox & Immunity Portal. This is where you will have recorded on-demand workouts with plenty of variety. We provide Bodyweight, TRX, Dumbbells, Resistance Bands and Cardio workouts. In addition, we provide recorded videos for stretching, yoga and foam rolling for your flexibility and mobility needs. There is also a comprehensive nutrition section that includes recipes for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with complete Grocery Lists for everything you need to keep healthy eating on track.
Second: Unlimited access to our LIVE workouts! We have multiple sessions 7 days a week to ensure you can access them consistently. From early morning, mid morning, evening and weekend, we have you covered! Take as many as you like!
An added BONUS is the Mindset coaching and Accountability Coaching. We want to be able to support you by keeping your mind right and helping to hold you accountable to consistency.
For the LIVE workouts: how and when do we get access to those?
Once you provide your contact information, we can send you our Welcome Packet Email. This email will contain the schedule and specific Zoom Links for each workout or stretch yoga class.
You are welcome to join the very next class once you have signed our liability waiver. You can take as many LIVE classes as you would like.
We ask that if you have someone in your household that wants to join you that they be over 18 years old and they also sign our liability waiver prior to joining per insurance requirements.
For the Healthy At Home Portal: how and when do I access that?
Once you provide your contact information, we can send our Welcome Packet Email. This email will contain the direct link to the portal and your unique log in information.
Once you have the packet with this information, you can log in and begin to watch recorded videos for workouts and yoga. You can also begin to use the vast nutritional resources so you can eat healthy and feel your best!
What equipment do I need for either the LIVE workouts or the portal recorded workouts?
The LIVE workouts can be done bodyweight, but we often will incorporate exercises that can use dumbbells. We have a list of common household items you can use in place of dumbbells if you do not have any. This comes in your welcome packet email.
If you have sensitive knees, we recommend a blanket or pillows to cushion them but we also provide modifications so that any exercise that is done on the floor can also be done standing.
If you have resistance bands, you can use them as well!
For yoga/stretching, you will need either a yoga mat or towel on the ground.
Have a water bottle with you as well as your Fitbit/iWatch to track your workout if you like.
How long is each workout? How long is the stretching/yoga?
The workouts that are LIVE are 30-35 minutes plus warm up and cool down.
The portal workouts are the same.
The yoga/stretching LIVE sessions are 1 hour total.
The yoga/stretching portal sessions are between 30-60 minutes.
What if I have an injury or if I am just getting started?
Feed Your Soul Fitness has always been a beginner/intermediate based studio with fitness and stretching classes that offer modifications. We welcome those who are just getting started or that have an injury.
We just ask that you honor your body, listen to the coach for options to modify and speak up if you need specific support. Keeping your body safe is important to us and we can help so please reach out!
You can go at your own pace as everything is timed so take a break as you need to but push yourself as you can!
If you feel you would want one-on-one guidance and attention, we do provide online personal training.
What days/times are the LIVE workouts?
Workouts: We currently have early morning 6am as well as mid-morning 10am Monday-Friday. We provide 6pm Monday-Thursday. For Saturday, we have 8am and 10:30am; Sundays we have a 10:45am.
Stretch Yoga: We currently have Saturday mornings 9-10am and Sundays 9:30-10:30am. There is also a Monday night 7pm yoga class that is LIVE.
You can take as many as you like; it's unlimited!
How many LIVE workouts can I take?
The LIVE workouts are unlimited so you can take as many as you like during your 14 day FREE trial
What happens after the free 14 days?
After you spend 14 days exploring our LIVE workouts as well as our Healthy At Home Portal, we will discuss with you options to continue so that you can keep your exclusive access. We all know your health and wellness journey needs consistency, guidance and accountability and that is what we provide.
But first, we want to make sure you are a great fit and you enjoy the offerings we provide! Once we determine if we are a good fit for you, we can explore the various options to continue based on your individual needs. We have a variety, so we can discuss as it as the time comes.
