Brandy Martin
Owner
I came from the “Big Box” work environment of corporate America. I was overweight, overworked, unhealthy and very unhappy. After doing some self-searching, I decided to clean up my eating and start exercising. I started jogging and lifting weights and doing yoga.
I lost about 20 pounds when I realized that I could combine my desire to help others and my passion for health and fitness. I left my job and graduated from a Yoga Teacher Training in 2010 and have been teaching and learning ever since.

DeAnne Spector
Small Group Training Coach, Personal Training
“Ageing is inevitable, but the quality of how you age is totally within your control.” I strongly believe that it is never too late to get in shape and change your life, I know, I have done it. When I turned 50, I reached a personal goal; I was in the best physical shape of my life!
I had spent 23 years in the oil and gas industry, in highly stressful and contentious positions. Most of this time was spent sitting behind a desk, developing bad habits and a bad attitude.
Fast forward to Fall of 2013 when I had a life changing illness with a 12 month recovery period. As a result of my long recovery period, I lost my desk job, which became a blessing in disguise! During the next 12 months, I focused on everything fitness. As part of my rehab, I started my yoga practice back up with Brandy. As spring approached, I began Fitness in the Park with FYSF.
I became strong and was hooked on the variety and consistency of fitness and exercise. I lost weight, gained muscle strength and I met a lot of really cool people. I wanted more! I had always enjoyed indoor cycling for a good cardio and endurance workout. In the fall of 2014, I attended the Schwinn Cycling Certification class. I began instructing group cycling classes and loved it.
I wanted to further expand on my health and fitness coaching. I became TRX certified and added Suspension Training classes to my repertoire. I desire more education, so I am currently enrolled in a course to become a Functional Aging Specialist through the Functional Aging Institute (FAI). I look forward to training you in a session soon!

Treasa Gleason
Small Group Training Coach, Personal Training, Stretch Yoga Teacher
Treasa is a 200 hr. RYT Certified Yoga Alliance and Yoga is her passion! Yoga came into her life when she tried it with a friend and fell in love. It made her feel amazing, but like most of us, she barely understood anything about it. It took her awhile to find a consistent practice and when she had found one, life got in the way yet again.
An opportunity arose, she packed her things and moved from Kansas to Colorado, where she found a wonderful teacher training and now she’s been teaching since 2014.
I had spent 23 years in the oil and gas industry, in highly stressful and contentious positions. Most of this time was spent sitting behind a desk, developing bad habits and a bad attitude.

Megan Murphy
Nutrition Coach
Megan is a registered dietitian relocated from Florida. After spending two years working in public health she wanted to make a shift towards the health and wellness industry. Her drive to pursue becoming a dietitian started from her own struggles with dieting and trying to correctly fuel her workouts. She had sampled several internet and magazine diets, supplements, and fitness guides with little or no success. She would even find conflicting information in published top selling books...
…so she decided it was time to find some real answers. Starting the path to become a dietitian was initially for her own general knowledge and curiosity. This quickly changed after learning about the extent of the mutual struggles the population had with food choices, food anxiety and just general confusion around nutrition. She decided she wanted to move into an industry that could allow her to help others become more educated and successful with their goals.
Megan strongly believes that diet trends are mostly unsustainable and everyone needs personally tailored regimens, therefore she discourages the one-diet-fits-all approach. She believes the best way for long term success is to implement small sustainable changes over time to create your best possible lifestyle. Megan also has a background with group fitness through memberships and coaching classes. She is currently working towards obtaining her NASM personal trainer certification. Since moving to Colorado she has also accepted a full time position as a health and wellness manager at the YMCA. Ultimately it’s Megan’s passion to help others reach their nutrition and fitness goals.

Mindy Weiner
Nutrition Coach
Mindy’s life revolves around fitness and nutrition as a busy mom of 3! She creates nutrition and fitness plans based on everyone’s individuality. Mindy’s always reminding her clients that it IS possible to get in shape and feel their best no matter what the starting point is.
She’s been working out and lifting weights since she was 13 years old. Always active, Mindy has a background in Cheer, Dance, Kickboxing...
Karate, Bikini Training, and Bodybuilding.
At a young age, Mindy had a very toxic relationship and mindset around food because of the pressured mentality to be skinny. She was exhausted every second of every day, struggled with mood imbalances and her body was extremely weak. This carried into her adult life and not only did it affect her job, but also as a single mom, she had no energy for her kid. She hated that she was not setting any positive examples for her so she decided that she was going to change.
Mindy studied endlessly on the macronutrients as well as micronutrients. She learned about various nutritional realms with weight loss, muscle gain and how everything works with the body, right down to the way our cells absorb all of this nourishment. The hours of online & book reading/research turned into weeks and months…and then all of a sudden, 20 years had passed. She stayed passionate about continuing her education and has helped hundreds of people with not only their physical transformation, but also with their relationship with food!
Knowing how Nutrition and Exercise can be overwhelming and confusing, Mindy’s focus is to keep you motivated, on track, seeing/feeling results and for you to feel your absolute best! She is here to make sure you get to YOUR goals safely and effectively.
In her free time, Mindy is all about weight-lifting, kickboxing, listening to live music and chasing her kiddos around!
